How do I login to pay my bill if I don’t have a email on file?
Use the first initial + last name (all lowercase) for your username. I.E. John Smith would be jsmith
What is a drive-up unit?
a Drive-up unit is the most convenient way to unload your belongings. Once you load up your vehicle and are ready to drive out to one of our facilities, you can simply park next to one of our storage units and complete your move in no time. General Info / Vacating Unit
1. Give written notice 30 days before the end of the month (email or text)
2. It is you responsibility to keep accurate and up to date cell phone, email, and address at all times or you may miss communications
3. Clean and sweep unit, remove all items, trash, etc. Notify us of any spilled lubricants.
4. Vacate the unit by the last day of the month for which your rent is paid.
5. If you are in the unit on the first of the month full rent is due. You are not pro-rated on move out.
Winter Tips!
We remove snow from the lots within 24 hours or sooner after the snow event. You are responsible to keep your doorway free of snow and ice as the plows have to maintain a safe distance to avoid damage. Preventing ice build-up on front of your door will help ensure water is not able to run into the unit, especially during the spring thaw. Placing ice melt by your door every now and then helps keep things in good ice free order.
Do you have security features?
Yes we do! If you're storing something important or valuable, you need to know that it is safe and rest assured it is with Gopher State Storage. Our self storage facilities are equipped with top of the line security features. Our properties are fenced and gated. Cameras across the property, LED lighting and secured doors and tamperproof facilities keep your valuable safe! Don’t hesitate to ask us for more information.
